You can post 1 free (non-recurring) listing from the same date per month. It is forbidden to replace an listing with another listing. Properties that are already on the site can only be re-posted on a paid basis. However, a user can post one and the same property only once.
If you want to place 2 or more ads within 1 month, the price of each next ad will be 5 AZN.
Even if ads are prematurely deleted, the free space provided for the number is restored 30 days after the ad was posted.
The amount intended for paid services that you use on the Evial.az website is non-refundable.
Please provide correct contact information (phone number, email address) when posting an ad. No changes are made to the phone number and email. All information about your ad is sent to your email address.

Front view (taken at noon) and photos of the room are mandatory.
Photos with logos of other sites, including Evial.az, are not accepted.
The price must be indicated in full. (The price cannot be written for a down payment or for 1 hundred, 1 m²)
